Chairperson McBRIDE called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

M/S FRAZIER - SOITO, and carried by unanimous voice vote, to approve the Minutes of July 20, 2021, as submitted.
COMMUNICATIONS

ITEMS
Site Plan Review Application #477, submitted Salvador Navarro, applicant for AC CC 11, LLC, property owner, to allow a food truck in the Rancho San Miguel Market Shopping Center parking lot, located at 1920 Yosemite Parkway, within a Thoroughfare Commercial (C-T) Zone with a General Plan designation of Neighborhood Commercial (CN).

Associate Planner MENDOZA-GONZALEZ reviewed the
application. Refer to Draft Modification to Site Plan Resolution #477 for further information.
M/S FRAZIER - SOITO, and carried by the following vote, to approve Modification to Site Plan Application #477, subject to the Findings and nineteen (19) Conditions set forth in Draft Resolution #477.
AYES: Committee Members Soito, Frazier, and Chairperson McBride
