M/S FRAZIER- BELTRAN, and carried by unanimous voice vote, to approve the Minutes of October 7, 2021, as submitted.
COMMUNICATIONS
None.
ITEMS
4.1 Site Plan Application #483, submitted by PM Design Group, applicant for 77 Parsons St., LLC, property owner. This request allows the construction of a 2,739-square-foot restaurant (Jack in the Box) with a drive-thru on a 1.53-acre vacant parcel located at 77S.
Parsons Avenue, within a Thoroughfare Commercial (C-T) zone Associate Planner MENDOZA-GONZALEZ reviewed the
application. Refer to Draft Site Plan Resolution #483 for further information.

The applicant and his designer were in attendance to answer questions from the Committee.
M/S BELTRAN - FRAZIER, and carried by the following vote, to approve Site Plan Application #483, subject to the Findings and thirty-one (31) Conditions set forth in Draft Resolution #483:
AYES: Committee Members Beltran, Frazier, and Chairperson McBride
