Hello, My name Is William Bates, my wife Kristy Bates and I live at . South side of the project, we currently use part of our land for Agriculture purposes . We raise our own cattle and chickens to sustain ourselves and also have a small orchard that we grow various fruits on. We disagree that building these homes will not affect the traffic in the area, we already have grid lock on Coffee st. and on E Gerard in front of our home when school begins and ends each school day. We feel this will heavily effect traffic if theses homes are added without a better roadway system. We also have nice quite area behind us and feel that our privacy and noise levels will drastically be affected. We feel there would need to be some sort of remedy for that. Cement wall ,etc. our home site is on a Private Well and we do not want that affected either. Furthermore, we have spoke to Admin at Pioneer School and they have advised us that the school is overcrowded at this point. Please consider that we do not agree with the Zoning change for 45 single family homes in the area. Thanks!
