NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Civic Center Sam Pipes Room, First Floor, 678 W. 18 th Street, Merced, California.
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Strategic Planning Session:
1. SUBJECT: Discussion on the City Council’s Goals and Priorities Related to any and all City Departments and/or Subjects That Fall Within the Subject Matter Jurisdiction of the City Council Including, but not Limited to, Policy Discussion Related to the Following: Public Safety, Economic Development, Parks and Recreation, Housing and Homelessness, and City Beautification
