TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL/PUBLIC FINANCING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY/PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MERCED AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18th Street, Merced, California.
The legislative body shall provide the public with an opportunity to address the body on any item described in the notice [Government Code Section 54954.3(a)]. Comments can be made in person, by voicemail at 209-388-8688, or emailed to [email protected].
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a meeting for the following items:
1. SUBJECT: Adoption of Resolution 2023- 20 Confirming the Existence of a Local Emergency Within the Territorial Limits of the City of Merced as Proclaimed by the Director of Emergency Services on March 9, 2023 Pursuant to Merced Municipal Code Section 8.20.070
