Re: Extension of Current Lease Agreement with the City of Merced for McComb Youth Center for an additlonal One-Year Term (2023-2024) with the Option to Extend Another Year (2024-2025) Dear Mr. Jensen,
Boys and Girls Club of Merced County has provided youth enrichment programs at the McComb Youth Center over 20 years and desires to utilize McComb Youth Center, located at 615 West 15th Street, Merced, CA, to continue serving the surrounding community and the youth of Merced. Per Section 3 of the lease agreement with the City of Merced, our organization is providing this statement of interest related to the extension of the current lease agreement for a one-year term, 2023-2024, with the option to extend an additional year, 2024-2025, for the purpose of providing a variety of services and programs to the public, namely youth.
