Re: Extending Current Lease with City of Merced for 364 W. 27th Street for additional one-year term Our organization desires to utilize 364 W. 27th Street to continue to serve the surrounding community and the youth of Merced. Per Section 3 of the lease agreement with the City of Merced, our organization is providing this statement of interest related to the extension of the current lease for an additional one-year term for the purpose of providing a variety of services and programs to the public, namely youth.
