RESOLUTION NO. 2023-_
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE CITY-WIDE SALARY TABLES
FOR 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, AND 2022.
WHEREAS, the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) code requires the City to have and maintain a publicly adopted and posted Salary Table; and
WHEREAS, CaPERS requires the salary table to be updated to reflect changes that occur over time; and
WHEREAS, the City of Merced is meeting the requirement of CCR Section 570.5 by adopting the Citywide Salary Tables.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain documents entitled, "SALARY TABLES" for the years 2016-Attachment A, 2017-Attachment B, 2018-Attachment C, 2019- Attachment D, 2020-Attachment E, 2021-Attachment F and 2022-Attachment G" attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the day of 2023, by the following vote:
