Re: Merced Yosemite Regional Airport Terminal Project (Project No. CP230060) Dear All:
Upon review of the bids received, the City of Merced Engineering Department has established Thompson Builders Corp. to be the low responsive bidder for consideration of award for the subject projects contract. All other bids received contained discrepancies with their bid and are considered non-responsive.
Engineering plans on recommending that the City Council award the contract to Thompsons Builders Corp. at their regular scheduled meeting on August 7, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, at 678 W. 18" Street, Merced, CA 95341.
