M/S Frazier/Nelson, and carried by unanimous voice vote, to approve the Minutes of July 13, 2023, as submitted.

4. ITEMS
4.1 Site Plan Application # 526, submitted by Patrick Anderson on behalf of PHA Heron Way, LLC, property owner. The applicant is requesting to construct two metal structures for the operation of an electrical contractor facility (an office building and a shop building) including a fenced storage yard at 2090 Grogan Avenue. This site has a General Plan designation of Industrial (IND) and is zoned Light Industrial (I-L).
