ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18th Street, Merced, California. Council Member Shane Smith will be teleconferencing from the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead Business Center, located at 3300 Peachtree Road NE Atlanta, Georgia, 30305. The legislative body shall provide the public with an opportunity to address the body on any item described in the notice [Government Code Section 54954.3(a)].
