LOCATION
BACKGROUND
Devonwood Apartments would like to vacate an existing 64-foot-wide PUE to allow additional space to construct an affordable housing apartment complex with 156 units. A new 40-foot-wide easement would be dedicated.
A Density Bonus proposal was considered today as a separate action under the Consent Agenda.
On October 4, 2023, the Planning Commission made a Finding of Consistency with the General Plan.
On November 6, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution #2023-80 setting the public hearing for this item for the City Council Meeting of December 4, 2023.
