Location
Background
The MCSD would like to vacate & relocate the existing 15-foot-wide public utility easement to construct a new facility on top of where the current utilities are located.
This new facility was approved by the Site Plan Review Committee earlier this year.
On October 4, 2023, the Planning Commission made a Finding of Consistency with the General Plan.
On November 6, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution #2023-81 setting the public hearing for this item for the City Council Meeting of December 4, 2023.
