Subject: Approval for Declaration of Emergency for Well #18 Repairs Under Merced Municipal Code Section 3.04.330, I hereby give authority for the emergency repairs for well site 18 for a not to exceed amount of $250,000.
Under Merced Municipal Code Section 3.04.300, a full report of the emergency repair shall be presented to City Council for their affirmation of said emergency for the preservation of life, health, or property.
