Dear Mayor and City Council,
The Downtown Property Based Improvement District (PBID) formation/Steering Committee is requesting that the City Council appoint business and property owners identified below to serve as the PBID Board of Directors.
Please consider appointing the following slated PBID members to serve as the Board of Directors, as they have been working diligently on the PBID by-laws, budget, and development of the management plan.

Vice Chair: Doug Fluetsch Board Member: Robert Matsuo
Secretary: Peg Larson Board Member: Eddie Beltran
Treasurer: Grey Roberts Board Member: EJ Lorenzi
Board Member: City Representative
Appointing these representatives, will allow the board members to formally make requests to the City to adopt the by-laws and other necessary agreements between the PBID and the City.
