TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL/PUBLIC FINANCING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY/PARKING AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MERCED AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on February 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18 th Street,
Merced, California. The legislative body shall provide the public with an opportunity to address the body on any item described in the notice [Government Code Section 54954.3(a)]. Comments can be made in person, by voicemail at 209- 388-8688, or emailed to [email protected].
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Closed Session:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS -- Agency Designated Representative: City Manager Scott McBride; Employee Organizations: Merced Police Officers’ Association (MPOA) and Merced Association of Police Sergeants (MAPS).
