The undersigned hereby assigns and transfers to City of Merced, a charter city of the State of California, in its own capacity and acting in the capacity as housing successor pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34176(b) to the former Merced Redevelopment Agency all interest under that certain Notice of Affordability Restrictions on Transfer of Property executed by City of Merced, a California charter law municipal corporation, Agency, and Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, a California non-profit public benefit corporation, Property Owner, and recorded as instrument on January 22, 2016 in Document No. 2016-002270, of Official Records in the County Recorder's office, County of Merced, State of California, describing land therein as:
