FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to City of Merced, a charter city of the State of California, in its own capacity and acting in the capacity as housing successor pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34176(b) to the former Merced Redevelopment Agency all beneficial interest under that certain Deed of Trust dated September 21, 2015 executed by Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, a California non-profit public benefit corporation, Trustor, to Transcounty Service Company, a California corporation, Trustee, and recorded as instrument on January 22, 2016 in Document No. 2016-002271, of Official Records in the County Recorder's office, County of Merced, State of California, describing land therein as:
