SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, a California non-profit public benefit corporation was the original Trustor, Transcounty Service Company, a California corporation the original Trustee, and City of Merced, a California Charter Law Municipal Corporation the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated September 21, 2015 and recorded on January 22, 2016 as Document No. 2016-002271, Official Records of the County of Merced, State of California, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and instead of Transcounty Service Company, a California corporation, now therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes City of Merced, a charter city of the State of California, in its own capacity and acting in the capacity as housing successor pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34176(b) to the former Merced Redevelopment Agency as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and City of Merced, a charter city of the State of California, in its own capacity and acting in the capacity as housing successor pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34176(b) to the former Merced Redevelopment Agency as the substituted Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate
now held thereunder.
