THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this _day of , 2024, by and between the City of Merced, a California Charter Municipal Corporation ("City"), and Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP ("Attorney") whose address of record is 1961 North C Street, #5404, Oxnard, California 93031
WHEREAS, Attorney, under the name of Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, LLP and the City previously entered into an Agreement for Professional Services ("Agreement"') dated November 4, 2019, a First Amendment to Agreement dated April 28, 2021, and a Second Amendment to Agreement dated May 17, 2023; and, WHEREAS, City and Attorney desire to amend said Agreement to provide for the name change of the Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter recited, agree as follows:
l. The Agreement dated November 4, 2019, between the City and Attorney shall be amended to reflect the name change of the law firm to Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP.
2. Except as herein amended, the Agreement dated November 4, 2019, First Amendment dated April 28, 2021, and Second Amendment dated May 17, 2023, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Third Amendment to Agreement to be executed on the date first above written.
