AUTHORITY/PARKING AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MERCED AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18 th Street, Merced, California.
Council Member Ornelas will be teleconferencing from the Silver Legacy Resort Casino in Silver Baron E Room, located at 407 N.
Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada, 89501. The legislative body shall provide the public with an opportunity to address the body on any item described in the notice [Government Code Section 54954.3(a)]. Comments can be made in person, by voicemail at 209-388- 8688, or emailed to [email protected].
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Closed Session (5:00 PM):
