F.1. SUBJECT: Finance Officer, Venus Rodriguez will present on Parks and Community Services funding and the decision to combine Measure Y and Measure C

Finance Officer, Venus Rodriguez, will present on department funding, the split in Measure Y funding between parks and recreation, and the combination of Measure Y and Measure C in the Tax Transparency Committee.

Finance Officer Venus RODRIGUEZ presented quarterly reports regarding veasure Y, and presented how the measure is used for park maintenanc y Public Works and recreation programs by Parks and Communit Services. She also explained why Measure C and Measure Y oversight committees were combined, stating lack of commissioners as a reason for the combination.
F.2. SUBJECT: Parks and Recreation Department Updates

Recreation Supervisor Michelle Reid will provide department updates on the budget, services, events, and Capital Improvement Projects (CIP's) to the Commission.
RECOMMENDATION
Information only-no action required
Recreation Supervisor Michelle REID provided a department update on department budget, the new zoo mural, Zumba classes, the Earth day event at the MOAT, and badminton and pickleball classes.
G. BUSINESS
G.1. SUBJECT: Request to Add Item to Future Agenda

Provides members of the Boards/Commissions to request that an item be placed on a future Boards/Commissions agenda for initial consideration by the Boards/Commissions.
