Principal Planner LAN, sitting in for Chairperson MCBRIDE, called the meeting to order at 1:42 p.m.

2. MINUTES
M/S Frazier/Cardoso, and carried by unanimous voice vote, to approve the Minutes of November 20, 2023, as submitted.
3. COMMUNICATIONS
None.
4. ITEMS
4.1 Extension of Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map (VTSM) #1263 ("Crossing at River Oaks") for 277 lots on 66.78 acres, generally located at the southeast corner of Coffee Street and Childs Avenue.

Acting Assistant Planner DAVIS reviewed the application. Refer to the memo to the Site Plan Review Committee regarding Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map #1263 dated February 15, 2024.
The applicant was not present to answer questions from the Committee.
Committee Member CARDOSO questioned whether the Committee could enforce current health and safety standards on the map at the date of the Committee's decision considering the expiration date of the map was 2025.
M/S Cardoso/Frazier, and carried by the following vote to continue this item until staff received legal determination.
AYES: Committee Members Cardoso, Frazier, and Acting

ABSENT: Chairperson McBride and Interim City Engineer Wegley
