RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING MEMORANDUM WITH THE
MERCED ASSOCIATION OF CITY EMPLOYEES
(MACE)
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled, "MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN AND FOR THE MERCED ASSOCIATION OF CITY EMPLOYEES (MACE)" Effective July 1, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Appendix "A," is hereby approved and shall be effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
SECTION 2. All other resolutions or parts thereof inconsistent with Section 1 hereof are superseded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the day of 2024, by the following vote:
