RECOMMENDATION
Citizens' Stipend Setting Commission - Adopt a motion selection a new Chair and Vice Chair.
Commissioner SANDERS nominated himself as Chair of the Citizens' Stipend Setting Commission.

Clerk's Note: Commission took a break at 5:44PM to rearrange seating for the new Chair and Vice-Chair and reconvened the meeting at 5:45PM.

G.1. SUBJECT: Review and Discussion of the Current Stipend for the Mayor and City Council Members and Discussion and
Recommendations, if any, Regarding the Appropriate Stipend for the Mayor and City Council Members

RECOMMENDATION
Continue the discussion of the Council stipend to the next Public Hearing meeting.
Commissioners and Assistant City Clerk Jennifer LEVESQUE discussed Council's current stipend, past Council stipend, other Cities Council stipend, time study, and if an impact of potential catastrophic economic downfall occurred what would happen
Chair SANDERS opened the Public Hearing at 5:54PM and subsequently closed the Public Hearing at 5:55PM due to lack of public comment.
Clerk's Note: Commission had no further discussion.
