10/14/2021 * SEQ 1: Initial authorization of the PE phase including At-Risk PE. * EPSP is being utilized to move $46,920 of PE funds from FFY 20/21 to FFY 21/22. * Agency is invoking Section 1440 of the FAST Act (At Risk PE). The effective date is 08/13/2020 (FHWA programming approval date.) * The City requests authorization for reimbursement of prior incurred preliminary engineering costs in accordance with Section 1440 of the FAST Act. All Federal requirements for such costs were met. The costs were incurred between 08/13/2020 (the approval date of Amendment 18) and 10/20/2021 and in the amount of $17,023. * Project End Date (PED) established as 12/01/2022 effective SEQ 1 approval. * Final design is not to start until the environmental document (NEPA) is completed.
SEQ 2: Requesting Authorization for Construction. QAP approval 4/22/22. Approved DBE goal is 20%. * SEQ 2: Initial authorization of the CON phase (No CE). * CE phase is not being requested / authorized and therefore not eligible for federal reimbursement. * $1,050.00 of utility relocation work. * Project End Date (PED) established as 06/30/2025 effective SEQ 2 approval.
SEQ#3: Post-Programming request for $94,200 due to award (for CON and CE). The agency is requesting CE.
SEQ 3; Adjustment of CON at award and initial CE authorization. Obligating $47,600 and $46,600 of Y003 to CON and CE respectively. The additional CON is adjustment at award. Any CE expenses incurred prior to the authorization of this sequence are not eligible for reimbursement. No change to PED of 06/30/25.
