RESOLUTION NO. 202_--
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
EMPLOYMENT FOR THE MERCED EXECUTIVE
UNIT, UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES' UNIT,
AND PUBLIC SAFETY MANAGERS UNIT.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a certain document entitled, "RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF MERCED CITY COUNCIL REGARDING CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDTIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE MERCED EXECUTIVE UNIT" is hereby approved effective August 5, 2024, for the term of three years.
SECTION 2. That a certain document entitled, "RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL REGARDING CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDTIONS OF
EMPLOYEMENT FOR THE UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES' UNIT" is
hereby approved effective June 24, 2024, for the term of three years.
SECTION 3. That a certain document entitles "RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF MERCED CITY COUNCIL REGARDING CERTAIN TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE MERCED PUBLIC SAFETY
MANAGERS UNIT" is hereby approved effective August 5, 2024, for the term of three years.
SECTION 4. That all other resolutions or parts thereof inconsistent with Section 1, 2, 3 hereof are superseded
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the _ day of 202 _ by the following vote:
