• There are two capital improvement projects with pledged ARPA funding commitments that need final modifications
Bob Hart Square
Downtown One-Way
• There are unencumbered CalVIP funds – grant required
local match that need to be reallocated - ranging from
$23,000 to $60,000
3 Recommendations
• Reallocate $245,896 of ARPA funding from the Downtown One- Way project to Bob Hart Square project to cover contingencies, testing, and inspections.
• Reallocate $23,000 to $60,000 of unencumbered ARPA funding, local program match, from the CalVIP program to the Stephen Leonard project.
• Should the Council want to provide other funding direction instead of the ARPA recommendations please provide direction for incorporation into the contact award – December 16, 202, for Bob Hart Square and Downtown One-Way
