SECTION 2. That the following three persons who received the highest number of votes are hereby declared elected to the office of City Council Member for a four-year term:
District 1 - Darin Dupont
District 3 - Michael Harris
District 5 - Sarah Boyle
SECTION 3. That the whole number of ballots cast in the precincts for the Office of Mayor and for the three City Council Offices are listed on Exhibit "A" attached.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council of the City, a statement of the result of the election showing the whole number of the ballots cast in the City.
