RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
PUBLIC SERVICE COMMEMORATION
BERTHA PEREZ
WHEREAS, Bertha Perez has devoted countless hours and effort to serve her follow citizens as a Council Member and Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Merced and has performed outstanding public service in this capacity from December 7, 2020 through December 2, 2024; and
WHEREAS, during her term of office, notable and historical achievements were recorded; and
WHEREAS, such unselfish contribution to community needs and achievements is the strength of democracy and local government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Merced hereby express its appreciation and the appreciation of all the citizens of this City to Bertha Perez for her service to the people.
