To whom it may concern:
WECO Ind. Is the only dealer in Northern California that can provide CUES Flexitrax C550 system installed in a CUES built chassis. WECO is also the only dealership in Northern California that can provide GraniteNet software that is 100% compatible with the Flexitrax C550 TV inspection system. CUES is the provider for GraniteNet software, and the source code is closed.

Justification
The proposed purchase of new equipment and parts is 100% compatible. Between hardware and software
CUES, Inc. is the sole manufacture of the Flexitrac C550 and Granite NET video/footage capture system. CUES, Inc. has the only in-house software support team. Other products in the market are 3rd party add-on programs and offer no in house support. CUES, Inc. maintains over $20 million dollars in parts and supplies that eliminates the need for you to have an extensive part inventory.
Other manufactures may claim to have components i.e. cameras, etc. that can be modified to operate on your existing CUES system, however this may require special one of a kind cables or modifications to the internal electronics of your camera, Power Control Unit, etc. Any modification to the system’s electronics voids the manufactures warranty and the life-time loaner policy.
