Subject: E-76 AMOD for City of Merced; Post Programming Adjustment for CML-5085(060) The Merced County Association of Governments authorizes modifications for CML-5085(060):
Construct Pedestrian Improvements on McGregor Street, Windsor Avenue, Home Avenue, Woodward Avenue, and Parkwest Avenue. The City of Merced may increase federal construction funding for this project in the amount of $80,896. These post-programming funds come from de-obligated and closed out CMAQ projects.
