A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING CITY COUNCIL POLICY C-1, HOW
MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE
PUBLIC HAVE ITEMS PLACED ON THE CITY
COUNCIL AGENDA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled, "City Council Policy C-1, How Members of the City Council and the Public Have Items Placed on the City Council Agenda" attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted as the official policy for the City of Merced.
SECTION 2. The City of Merced is hereby authorized and directed to comply with the Policy effective immediately.
