Chair PIUSER called the Regular Meeting to order at 6:01 PM.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chair PIUSER led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a motion approving and filing Tax Transparency Commission Minutes of May 13, 2024.
A motion was made by Member Kostecky, seconded by Member Ann Johnson, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

F.1. SUBJECT: Measure Y Revenue and Expense Reports - June 30, 2024
RECOMMENDATION
Tax Transparency Commission - Adopt a motion accepting as information only and/or providing staff with direction as a recommendation to Council.
Finance Officer Venus RODRIGUEZ gave a slideshow presentation on the Measure Y revenue and expense report of June 30, 2024.
There was no Commissioner discussion.
A motion was made by Member Aldana, seconded by Member Ann Johnson, to accept this report as information only. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Member Kostecky, Member Aldana, Member Piuser, Member Ann Johnson, and Member Harris
No: 0
Absent: 1- Member Garcia
F.2. SUBJECT: Measure C Revenue and Expense Reports - June 30, 2024
RECOMMENDATION
Tax Transparency Commission - Adopt a motion accepting as information only and/or providing staff with direction as a recommendation to Council.
Finance Officer Venus RODRIGUEZ gave a slideshow presentation on the Measure C revenue and expense report of June 30, 2024.
Commissioners and Mrs. RODRIGUEZ discussed sales tax on homes being constructed and the process of sales tax.
A motion was made by Member Kostecky, seconded by Member Aldana, to accept this report as information only. The motion carried by the following vote:
