Dear Mr. Williams,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the donation of two modular buildings from the Merced City School District to the City of Merced Fire Department. Our intention is to repurpose these buildings as classrooms for a new training center that will support career and technical education (CTE) programs for students in our community.
The Merced Fire Department is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for local students, particularly in the fields of emergency services, firefighting, and other critical skills. By establishing a dedicated training center, we aim to provide hands-on experience and education that will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue careers in these vital areas.
The modular buildings would be an ideal solution for our needs, as they are versatile and can be quickly adapted for classroom use. We believe that this initiative will not only benefit our students but also strengthen our community by fostering a new generation of skilled professionals ready to contribute to local safety and emergency response efforts.
We would greatly appreciate your consideration of this request. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me. We are eager to collaborate with the Merced City School District in this endeavor to enrich our educational landscape.
Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to your positive response.
Warm regards,
Casey Wilson
