Consumer Price Index (CPI) – Adjustment 2.5 %
Fahrens Park II - $100,000 - Eucalyptus Tree Maintenance Quail Creek, West Creek Homes, Silverado, Susnset West, Fahrens’s Park I, Sequoia Hill, SkyMoss, Lowes, Yosemite Gateway & Vista Del Sol – Will have bi-weekly service
Oakmont #3, Village Landing, Paulson Place – Will have monthly service Northwood Village – Will receive service quarterly
Merced Auto Center – Landscape to be converted to xeriscape Pleasanton Park – Will receive monthly service
Campus North – Clean up will be done twice during the year Hansen Park & Olivewood – Landscape maintenance service on will-call basis and based on available funding Downtown District(Non-PBID) – Landscape maintenance services will increase from monthly to weekly Budget Highlights
