Dear Mayor and City Council
The Merced Tourism Improvement District (TBID) Steering Committee is requesting that the City Council appoint members from the city's lodging industry identified below to serve as the MTID Board of Directors.
Please consider appointing the following slated MTID members to serve as the Board of Directors as they have been working diligently on the MTID by-laws, budget, and development of the management plan.
Chair: Robin Donovan
Vice Chair: Sean Williams
Secretary: Tiffany Gomes
Treasurer: Nitin Kumar
Board Member: Vacant at this time
Appointing these representatives will allow the board members to formally make requests to the City to adopt the by-laws and other necessary agreements between the MTID and the City.
