Re: IT Generator Replacement Project (Project No. CP240040) Dear All:
The City of Merced staff is recommending that the City Council reject all bids for the IT Generator Replacement Project (Project No. CP240040) at their regularly scheduled council meeting on July 21, 2025 at 6:00PM in the City Council Chambers, at 678 W 18th Street, Merced, CA 95341 due to inadequate funding for the bids received. We will re-evaluate the project design and send the project back out to bid soon.
