RESOLUTION NO. 2025---
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE CITY-WIDE SALARY TABLES
FOR2025
WHEREAS, the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) code requires the City to have and maintain a publicly adopted and posted Salary Tables; and,
WHEREAS, CalPERS requires the salary table to be updates to reflect changes that occur over time; and,
WHEREAS, the California Code of Regulations Section 570.5 requires adoption by the governing body of the Citywide Salary Tables indicating the effective date and date of revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain documents entitled, "SALARY TABLES" for the years 2025-Attachment A attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the __ day of _____ 202_, by the following vote:
