Joe Cardoso (City of Merced), Robert Dinuzzo (Teter Inc.), Mike Filippone (Diede Construction, Inc.), Blaine Vernon (Diede Construction, Inc.) RFl from Stephen Parrish (Diede Construction, Inc.) at 02:16 PM on 12/05/2024 On the plumbing sheets it calls for us to demo existing fixtures (which has been done), and reinstall new fixtures tying to waste, vent and water lines in the same location. The existing water in the building has been removed from possible vandalism and most of the existing waste line has been burnt and the bands for this no-hub pipe are damaged beyond use. None of these conditions were in the drawings called to be replaced.

Should we price out new water and new waste for the interior? Please advise how to proceed.
