A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING PARKS AND RECREATION
PROGRAM AND SERVICE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Having been considered by the City Council following a public hearing on June 20th , 2023, and based on the report prepared by the Director of Parks and Recreation, the City Council hereby establish the Parks and Recreation Program and Service Fees identified on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Program and Service Fees established herein shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until next reviewed and revised by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the 20thday of June 2023, by the following vote:
AYES: 5 Council Members: BOYLE, ORNELAS, PEREZ, SERRATTO, SMITH
NOES: 1 Council Members: XIONG
ABSENT: 1 Council Members: DEANDA
