Measure C budget for 2025-2026 as recommended by the City Manager .
Commissioners , Mrs. RODRIGUEZ , and City Manager discussed the old Measure C funding, details of the grinder that Public Works is requesting to purchase, the price of a fire truck, receiving the Fire Department's update presentation from the previous year, details of the new Measure C, and details of the proposed budget.
A motion was made by Member Chu, seconded by Member Garcia, to recommend the proposed budget to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Finance Officer Venus RODRIGUEZ gave a slideshow presentation on the Measure Y budget for 2025-2026 fiscal year as recommended by the City Manager.
Commissioners , Mrs. RODRIGUEZ, Fire Chief Casey WILSON, Director of Recreation and Community Services Christopher JENSEN, and Police Captain Joey PEREZ discussed details of the items being purchased by the Fire Department , details of the sports complex , the revenue being generated from the Recreation and Community Services Department , and details of cannabis related police responses.
A motion was made by Member Chu, seconded by Member Garcia, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
