A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING PARKS AND COMMUNITY
SERVICES PROGRAM AND SERVICE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERCED DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Having been considered by the City Council following a duly noticed public hearing on December 15, 2025, and based on the report prepared by the Director of Parks and Community Services, the City Council hereby establish the Parks and Recreation Program and Service Fees identified on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Parks and Community Services Program and Service Fees established herein shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until next reviewed and revised by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the 15TH day of December 2025, by the following vote:
