A RESOL UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING CITY COUNCIL POLICY C-2,
DISTRIBUTION OF CITY A WARDS AND
OTHER FORMS OF RECOGNITION FROM
THE CITY COUNCIL
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERCED DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled, "City Council Policy C-2, Distribution of City Awards and Other Forms of Recognition from the City Council" attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted as the official policy for the City of Merced.
SECTION 2. That the City of Merced is hereby authorized and directed to comply with the Policy effective immediately.
