EXHIBIT 2– SCHEDULE OF CHARGES
This contract is Not to Exceed One Hundred and Four Thousand, three hundred and seventy-five Dollars ($104,375) for:
a) Consultant’s professional rate of Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($6,750) per month due and payable on the last business day of each month commencing January 30, 2026 and ending November 15, 2026, unless ended sooner by the parties . The month of November will be prorated to half the month.
b) The tracking survey to be conducted by FM3 Research, NTE Thirty-three T housand, Five Hundred Dollars ($33,500) upon invoice by Consultant.
Professional fees do not include hard project costs such as graphic design, printing, bulk postage, digital advertising purchases, or mail house processing fees, which will be budgeted for separately by the City throughout the project.
