This map shows the proposed Zoning District Designation for each parcel in the annexation area. There are three zoning des
ignations for the Project Area: R-2, R-1-5, and R-1-6. The Non-Project area will be given the zoning district designation of R-1-10, which matches the current lots sizes. This designation will ensure that the existing lot sizes are considered conforming to their new district.
