reimbursed at 100% federal
share (FEMA).
January 2023 work >60 days &
March 2023 work:
75% federal share and 18.75%
state share (CalOES).
The City is responsible for
6.25%.

Where did
the money
go?
For FEMA Project 740966 – water main @
Glen Ave – a CIP was set-up and the
reimbursement check was deposited into the
CP260050.
For FEMA Projects 733893/748396 –
emergency levee repair (riprap) – money
returned to storm drain CP230070.
All other FEMA Public Assistance
reimbursement checks were deposited into
either a department’s cost recovery account
or reimbursed the general fund for
previously allocated storm expenses, as
designated by Council at the 2/21/23
meeting.
