NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on July 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18 th Street, Merced,
