4. ITEMS
4.1 Subiect: Site Plan Application #25-0016, submitted by Kimley-Hord, for Lyons Investments, LP, to construct a 152,000-square-foot warehouse facility on an approximate 27.50-acre site located at 3254 and 3260 E.
Childs Avenue, with a General Plan designation of Industrial (IND), and a Zoning Classification of Heavy Industrial (I-H).
Planner MENDOZA-GONZALEZ reviewed the application.

M/S FRAZIER/JORDAN, and carried by the following vote, to approve Initial Study #26-53 of Site Plan Review Application #25-0016.
