Senior Planner BROWN called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.

M/S VALENCIA/FLORES, and carried by unanimous voice vote, to approve the Minutes of April 30, 2026, as submitted.
3. COMMUNICATIONS
None.
4. ITEMS
4.1 Subject: Site Plan Application #25-0012, submitted by Manuel Prado, for Rico's Tacos, to allow a food truck within the Gulf gas station parking lot, located at 782 Carol Avenue, within a Thoroughfare Commercial (C-T) Zone.
Planner ABARCA reviewed the application.
